Service Description. This Site describes Engine Repair, Radiator Replacement, Auto Electrical Repair, Auto AC Repair, Oil Change provided by Junior Mobile Mechanic. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Junior Mobile Mechanic or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Junior Mobile Mechanic may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Damages. Junior Mobile Mechanic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
